This position follows a hybrid work schedule. Employees are required to be in the office four (4) days per week, one (1) remote.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as Lead Cost Analyst for capital programs and projects.
- Collaborate with project/program managers and track leads to build and maintain project forecasts
- Perform budget and forecast variance analysis
- Serve as a process facilitator for the project funding process (Authorization for Expenditure)
- Create purchase requisitions and monitor the purchase order life cycle.
- Submit project accruals monthly
- Facilitate and manage data inputs and changes across multiple organizations.
- Communicate with all levels of the organization and support multiple projects.

Requirements
- 4-year BS Degree in Engineering or Business.
- OR 2-year AS Degree with 5 years of related field experience.
- Minimum 3-7 years of project cost analysis or project management experience.

Preferences
- Experience in the energy sector, especially natural gas/pipelines, natural gas storage, or process plant development.
- Knowledge of cost, estimating, and scheduling concepts, techniques, and methods.
- Knowledge of earned value management.
