As a AI-focused Technical BD Manager (Tech BD) – Amazon Ads CreativeX (“CrX”), you will build and orchestrate a GTM plan for driving adoption of CrX solutions with our largest customers. You will serve as the primary internal advocate for our largest customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our generative AI solutions for the production, personalization and optimization of creative assets. Our largest customers include independent agencies, large non/endemic advertisers, as well as global agencies. You will work closely with these customers as well as internal stakeholders across Sales, Partner Development, GTM, Creative Services, Product, and Product Marketing. An important success factor in this role is the ability to recruit and cultivate relationships with these customers, while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, to drive usage of our solutions for the purpose of increasing campaign participation as well as enhancing the overall customer experience. Additionally, you will identify, diligence, negotiate, close and manage strategic partnerships with AI technology providers for the purpose of helping to accelerate product development and add new capabilities for the benefit of our customers. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, deep expertise in AI-infused creative building tool sets, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
Key job responsibilities
* Build, orchestrate and execute a GTM plan for forging and developing client relationships, driving adoption of CrX solutions, as well as enabling product development based on customer requirements.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless onboarding, product/feature adoption, and ongoing success with CrX’s products.
* Act as a strategic consultant, advising customers on best practices for leveraging CrX’s solutions to meet their objectives.
* Develop and execute success plans that align with customer goals, ensuring long-term growth and retention.
* Originate, execute and manage partnerships to help accelerate product development and add new capabilities
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to maximize the value of CrX solutions for unlocking participating in campaigns, improving engagement with consumers via personalized experiences, and optimizing the performance of creatives.
* Partner with Account Executives and Partner Development Managers to drive customer engagement and identify growth opportunities
* Solicit voice-of-customer and synthesize feedback in digestible formats for use by internal partners in Product and Product Marketing
* Track engagement on a per customer basis. Build and execute action plans to drive improved engagement
* Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, acting as the bridge between customers and internal constituents
* Conduct training sessions and share best practices to empower customers to unlock new campaigns, drive improved consumer engagement, and optimize performance
* Stay ahead of industry trends, proactively researching best practices in using AI-infused creative building tools
