Description
The
Revenue Cycle Coordinator supports the financial and administrative functions of our Employment Services and IPS programs. This role ensures that services are properly authorized and billed, manages follow-up for collections, and identifies issues or trends that may cause denials. The Coordinator works closely with program staff and funding sources to help further the financial goals of the organization.
Location: Remote
Part-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday; Flexible Scheduling
Hourly Rate: $18-$19
per hour
What You’ll Do
- Submit timely and accurate invoices to MCOs, VR, and other funding sources.
- Identify and resolve issues that cause denials or held claims.
- Provide weekly denial and held-claim reports to Program Supervisors.
- Research, track, and follow up on denials until resolution is achieved.
- Collaborate with program staff on insurance verification, eligibility, and authorizations.
- Communicate with funding sources to resolve denied or unpaid claims.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and helpful customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with ESPH policies, procedures, and HIPAA standards.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (state-accredited).
- At least 1 year of experience with Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and MCO billing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent keyboarding skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and customer service skills.
- Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
