The Akamai Global Payroll team oversees the end-to-end administration of U.S. payroll and payroll tax reporting. We play a key role in supporting employees throughout every stage of their financial journey at Akamai. Our work is highly collaborative, partnering closely with teams across Legal, Compensation, Accounting, and Equity.

As a Payroll Analyst, you'll grow your career in a supportive and collaborative team environment. You will work closely with vendors, employees, and cross-functional teams, gaining in-depth knowledge of our payroll programs the organization.
As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Processing bi-weekly U.S. payroll and special pay runs accurately and on time.
- Reconciling payroll calculations prepared by payroll providers to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Liaising with internal teams (HR, Compensation, Equity, Finance) and payroll vendors.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and local payroll regulations as well as performing and documenting payroll audits
- Supporting statutory filings and payments.
- Auditing ADPOracle data transfers and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintaining exceptional internal controls for payroll operations and collaborating with management to identify and address efficiency gaps.
- Performing pre- and post-payroll transmission audits to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with SOX controls.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in an ever-changing global payroll environment
- Have knowledge of ADP payroll process and platforms (GlobalView)
- Show outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully collaborate with colleagues globally.
