REACH Program Director to lead, mentor, and support our crisis team in delivering excellent patient care for individuals with intellectual and/or development disabilities experiencing a mental health crisis in the Charlottesville, VA area.

Your Role in Our Mission
As the
REACH Program Director, your days will be filled with meaningful work! In this role, you will be responsible for administration and management of the REACH program including all the operational functions to keep the program on track. You will provide direct oversight and guidance to our Hospital Liaison, Office Manager, and Residential Program Supervisor. You will ensure best practices, health and wellness of supported individuals, achievement of programmatic outcomes, development and oversight of budgetary parameters, and compliance with all state, federal, and agency standards. As the Program Director, you will also participate in the supervisor on-call rotation.

Enjoy a consistent, Monday-Friday 9-5 hybrid scehdule, with evening and overnight flexibility needed for the supervisor on-call rotation.

What We’re Looking For
- Education: Minimum of a Master’s in health, psychology or social work
- Experience: 2 years minimum of supervisory experience | 5 years minimum working with both developmental disabilities and/or mental health populations
- Skills: leadership and team management, clinical expertise, organizational abilities, problem-solving, and decision-making. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Dependability is a must!
- Professional certification: Minimum QMHP | Licensed or license-eligible as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred
- Working knowledge of the Virginia MH/DD/SA system.
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
