Peer Support Specialist to join our team in New Bern, NC.

Your Role in Our Mission
As a Certified Peer Support Specialist in the Opioid Treatment Program, you'll utilize personal lived experience with addiction and recovery to provide mentorship, emotional support, and advocacy to patients receiving medication-assisted treatment (MAT). They facilitate recovery groups, help navigate community resources, and aid in developing relapse prevention skills.

This position follows a Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2pm work schedule.

What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency
- Must be a NC Certified Peer Support Specialist
- Must be or have been a recipient of SUD services
- Must possess a valid NC driver’s license
