full-time HR Administrative Assistant to join our collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

Your Role in Our Mission
As the HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Department, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing of HR transactions, and excellent customer service to employees and leaders.

This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

- Competitive Pay: $18- $21 based on experience for this full-time position

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as the HR Administrative Assistant, you must have the ability to manage termination paperwork and offboarding tasks accurately and on time, provide status updates to leaders throughout the process, maintain confidential and compliant personnel records, upload and track documents in the HRIS, communicate with staff about missing information, respond promptly to routine requests, and support program teams through clear and professional communication. We also require:
- High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources; or Associate degree and 1 year of administrative experience.
- Valid, unrestricted North Carolina driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance.
