Position Summary
We are seeking a collaborative and motivated Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Bedford, NH or Boston, MA. In this role, you will support a variety of project and operational needs while partnering with technical, corporate, and business leaders. This position offers a fast-paced environment with exciting challenges and meaningful opportunities for learning and professional growth.
What You Will Do
- Leading external communication efforts and managing brand voice across social media channels.
- Managing and maintaining website.
- Creating content marketing materials including thought leadership materials.
- Managing the development and production of proposals and qualifications in response to RFPs/RFQs and interview presentation materials as needed.
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Preparing and maintaining firm marketing collateral materials.
- Assisting with the production of special events, webinars, and other presentations.
- Managing information in our client relationship management (CRM) system.
- Conducting client and market research.
- Supporting industry marketing events including set-up, attendance, and engagement.
- Providing general marketing coordination across offices/teams as required.
What We Are Looking For
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Photography and videography skills are a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier), with experience in Deltek Vantagepoint a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
- Positive, collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well with supervisor, coworkers, principals, consultants, and other outside contacts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline strongly desired.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably working for an engineering, construction, architecture, or professional services firm.
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Physical Requirements
- Work is mainly performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
- Sedentary work requiring long periods of sitting.
- Substantial repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers is required.
- Close visual acuity is required to perform activities such as viewing a computer screen and extensive reading.
- Must have the ability to lift and carry parcels, packages, and other items, up to 20 pounds.
Work Format and Schedule
- Standard Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexibility in daily hours
- Work Format: Hybrid
- Office Location: Bedford, NH and/or Boston, MA
- Travel Requirement: Infrequent travel in the Bedford and Boston area.
Salary Information
- The expected base salary range for this position is $77,000 to $81,000 per year.
- Specific compensation for the successful candidate will be based on factors such as experience, education, training, qualifications, and work location.
- Supplemental Pay: Discretionary, annual bonus is based on individual and company performance.
