Key responsibilities include:
- Will present orientation class no less than 2 days per week. Review resumes and conduct phone screens, schedule/coordinate onsite interviews, review candidate applications within the HR recruiting system, conduct pre-employment screenings, schedule new hires for orientation, facilitate post-employment requirements (I-9 E-verify, tax credit questionnaire, etc.), coordinate and attend internal/external hiring events as needed, and may perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- PUBLIC SPEAKING SKILLS REQUIRED.
- Customer service skills.
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel knowledge required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to concentrate and focus.
- Demonstrated experience where accuracy and quality are the strict standards.
- Good organizational skills.
- Works well independently and in a team environment.
- Must be available to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required.
