We are seeking a passionate Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to lead, mentor, and support Direct Support Professionals and AFL contractors in delivering excellent care for our members with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Wilmington, NC and surrounding areas.

Your Role in Our Mission
As the ICS Program Supervisor you are responsible for the supervision of developmental disabilities and mental health supports for individuals receiving services within an assigned program and/or monitoring of Alternative Family Living contractors as well as supervision. This position is responsible for ensuring best practices, supports based on the personal outcomes of the individual and/or family, compliance with all state, federal, and agency standards as required for assigned services. This position has direct supervision of Direct Support Professionals and/or management of Alternative Family Living contractors.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or CHEA.
- Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
- Reliable transportation sufficient to meet program and travel requirements.
- Valid unrestricted North Carolina driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills
- Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
