Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners and Technology Strategy teams to understand and refine requirements.
- Create and enhance Functional and Technical Design Documents.
- Identify and recommend solutions that leverage base products (COTS) over customizations.
- Develop and implement Requirements Traceability to ensure complete testing coverage.
- Provide production support and incident remediation, including on-call support.
- Flex between project work, incident management, and support tasks.
- Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Align work with Technology Organization goals and governance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-4 years of related experience
Preferences
- Experience with Agile delivery (Kanban, Scrum).
- Exposure to ITIL processes.
- Familiarity with utility or financial sectors.
- Experience with large-scale project development and application support.
- Experience with RPA tools, BizTalk, Maximo, WebSphere, and DevOps tools.
Skills and Competencies
- Working knowledge of SDLC, traceability matrices, and business analyst methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to build relationships.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, .NET, Java, Python, and other relevant languages and frameworks.
