Support Services Supervisor to join our team in Eastern North Carolina. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, we work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.
What You’ll Do
As the Support Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, training, and supervising a team of Patient Service Coordinators (PSC’s) for front desk operations as well as the Call Center PSC’s. The Support Services Supervisor needs to be considered a subject matter expert on the PSC position to include insurance verification and eligibility as well as EHR system data accuracy. This position will cultivate an environment that is people-centered and will provide real-time, in-person support for their team both virtually and in-person.

competitive salary between $40,000 and $55,000 annually depending on your skills and experience. This full-time position is Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits eligible positions.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as the Support Services Supervisor you must have top-notch office administration experience, excellent communication and coaching skills and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment as needed. We also require:
- High school diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Minimum of two-years of behavioral health or medical office experience
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
