We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within the Business User Productivity organization in AWS Marketing. This team is responsible for developing crisp, highly differentiated, and compelling positioning and messaging for AWS products that serve business users.
This role requires superior attention to detail, great organizational and prioritization skills, the ability to plan ahead and meet tight deadlines, and the capacity to juggle multiple critical requests across global teams. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information — particularly around product launches, AI-powered feature rollouts, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies — is essential.
Key job responsibilities
Calendar Management: Manage complex, global calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion for multiple Senior leaders across the Business User Productivity PMM organization
Launch Coordination Support: Assist with logistics and scheduling for Tier 1 and Tier 2 product launches across Amazon Quick, Amazon Connect, and WorkSpaces, coordinating across PMM, Launch Marketing, and cross-functional marketing stakeholders (Social Media, Video, News Blog, Web, Analyst Relations, PR)
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare meeting agendas, staff meetings, PMM leadership forums, and category reviews; coordinate logistics for on-sites, off-sites, and team events
Travel Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for team meetings and events such as re:Invent, NY Summit, and customer engagements
Communication: Provide clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication (verbal and written) including emails, meeting agendas, and calendar invites; present decisions to several levels of senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Amazon Quick, Amazon Connect, and WorkSpaces product teams, Launch Marketing, Integrated Demand Center (IDC), Industry Marketing, Global Campaigns, and other marketing stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination
Content & Asset Tracking: Help track marketing asset production timelines, Workfront intake tickets, and launch readiness milestones on behalf of PMM leaders
Space & Resource Management: Manage team permissions, email distribution lists, wiki pages, and Slack channels for the Business User Productivity PMM team
Event Planning: Organize All Hands meetings, team events, PMM offsites, and cross-team collaboration sessions
Process Improvement: Identify and make improvements for simple processes within the team, including intake workflows and scheduling mechanisms
Budget & Procurement Support: Assist with PMO (Purchase Marketing Orders) tracking, boosting fund allocation, and vendor coordination for marketing assets
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information related to unannounced product launches, AI feature roadmaps, competitive intelligence, pricing, and naming with the highest level of discretion
About the team
The Business User Productivity PMM team owns product messaging, launches, and defines marketing campaign objectives for Amazon Quick (AI-powered work assistant), the Amazon Connect family of products (agentic solutions for business functions), and Amazon WorkSpaces (virtual desktops). We work closely with product teams to define category-level and product-level value propositions, partnering with product, specialist, and GTM teams to identify ideal customers, understand their priorities and use cases, synthesize market intelligence, and develop messaging that helps customers understand how these products can transform their business.
