Maintenance Manager (Support)- Plant Farley
Summary
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for providing leadership to the organization responsible for all maintenance support-related activities of the station.
Job Responsibilities
- Promoting nuclear and industrial safety within the Support area by appropriately
intervening and being accountable for ensuring standards and expectations are met.
- Administering the Valve Packing Program, Welding Program (of SNC and contractor
Welders), ASME Repair/Replacement
Program, and coordinating the Work Order/PM Feedback, FME, and Lifting and Rigging
programs for the site.
- Oversight for the maintenance support activities including CAPCO
- Responsible for day-to-day administrative, training, and qualification activities.
- Oversight of the Daily and Outage Planning Supervisors, as well as CAPCO.
- Responsible for the Maintenance procedure program.
- Responsible for Maintenance work package and M&TE document retention.
- Responsible for Maintenance PQS program implementation.
- Responsible for maintenance training coordinator.
- Responsible for maintenance time keeping.
- Responsible for Scaffold and Coatings engineering activities.
- Qualify for MRC and PHWG
- Managing the Corrective Action, Operating Experience,and Rework Programs for Maintenance.
- Maintaining Performance Indicators.
- Providing technical support to address emergent issues and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensuring that qualifications and proficiency of assigned personnel are consistent with the assigned work.
Requirements
- 4 years of total power plant experience (preferred)
- 3 years supervisor/management experience (preferred)
- 1-year nuclear power plant supervision experience (preferred)
- 2-year technical degree or 2 years of related technical training preferred
- General knowledge of maintenance processes and practices
- Emergency Response Organization (ERO) qualifiable as TSC manager or OSC Manager
-Requirement to qualify MRM and PHCWG member
