The Senior Brand Strategy Specialist leads development and execution of strategic brand, partnership, content, and integrated marketing initiatives that enhance audience engagement, organizational reputation, and business outcomes. This role applies advanced knowledge of branding, partner marketing, content strategy, audience insights, and digital communications to solve complex business challenges. The incumbent independently manages significant projects, provides strategic recommendations, and serves as a key partner to stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of integrated brand, partnership and content strategies.
- Develop strategic messaging frameworks and storytelling approaches for complex initiatives.
- Manage large-scale campaigns and partnerships from research and planning through execution and performance measurement.
- Analyze market trends, audience insights, and performance data to identify strategic opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate internal and external resources.
- Provide recommendations on brand positioning, communication strategies, and audience engagement.
- Facilitate planning sessions and stakeholder workshops to align priorities and objectives.
- Develop executive-level presentations and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations.
- Ensure consistency and integrity of brand standards across all communications channels.
- Mentor less experienced team members and provide guidance on best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, business, management or related field required
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in brand strategy, partnership marketing, content strategy, marketing, communications, or advertising required
- Demonstrated experience leading complex campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical, project management, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with agencies, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance measurement.
- Strong MS Office Skills preferred. PowerPoint required.
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen through strategic budget management, investment prioritization, and performance tracking across a portfolio of brand and communications projects.
