About the team
Our Tenets
Safety First, Then Speed: We champion safety by identifying risks and advocating for process improvements across our network. Success means both removing obstacles to safe practices and ensuring carrier accountability for safe operations.
Depth Before Breadth: We thoughtfully select and deeply engage on strategic priorities while maintaining critical quick fixes. Deep analysis on fewer, high-impact initiatives delivers more value than shallow engagement across many.
Prevent, Don't React: We invest in predictive monitoring and early intervention. One prevented disruption is worth five resolved escalations.
Scale Solutions, Not Problems: Individual carrier issues reveal system-wide opportunities. We implement network-wide improvements rather than isolated fixes.
Automate the Routine: Standard processes are automated to enable human focus on complex carrier relationships and critical decisions.
Enable and Verify: We provide carriers with clear tools and training while maintaining accountability for network performance. Trust through verification beats penalties through enforcement.
