Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Program Coordinator to join our team. This role will be essential in supporting both job seekers and employers on the AbilityLinks platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about disability inclusion, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic, creative, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Job Seeker Support:
- Assist job seekers with navigating the AbilityLinks job board.
- Provide resources and guidance to improve job search success.
- Employer Partner Support:
- Build strong relationships with current employer sponsors and ensure they are seeing success on the platform.
- Onboard new employer partners and guide them through the platform’s tools and best practices.
- Actively reach out to prospective employers to form new partnerships.
- Marketing & Events:
- Help plan and coordinate online events, webinars, and virtual networking sessions.
- Assist in managing and creating content for social media and email campaigns.
- Program Coordination & Reporting:
- Track key metrics, prepare reports on engagement and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and user experience enhancements.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and event coordination.
- Customer service, sales, and relationship management experience
- Familiarity with disability inclusion and accessibility best practices (preferred but not required)
