At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time MST Therapist to join our collaborative Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) team serving Pitt County and surrounding areas. As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will help transform lives by delivering evidence-based, in-home therapy to youth and their families, promoting lasting change and family stability.
What You’ll Do
Conduct MST assessments by reviewing referrals, engaging key participants, and analyzing problem behaviors within the family’s context. Involve caregivers in change-oriented treatment by addressing engagement barriers. Apply the MST Analytic Process for treatment planning, intervention, and outcome evaluation while maintaining clear documentation aligned with MST principles. Collaborate with all relevant systems to ensure treatment alignment, provide clinical services consistent with MST practices, and participate in all required training and development activities.
How You’ll Benefit
You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate ranging from $19.71 to $25.00, based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for benefits-eligible positions. This role requires travel, as services are provided in clients’ homes and communities mileage reimbursement is included:

What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you must be willing to provide care in community and office-based settings, participate in the crisis phone support rotation, have strong communication skills and able to link clients to community resources.
The service area for this position is Pitt and surrounding counties. We also require the following:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field;
- or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of experience working in family and/or youth services.
- A valid driver's license, current auto insurance and a good driving record
- Experience in different modalities and their application
