Your Role in Our Mission
As a Program Supervisor on our team, you'll be a catalyst for recovery, transforming lives from day one. You’ll drive patient success by delivering person-centered therapy and case management to individuals recovering from opioid addiction; conducting assessments (for licensed therapists only); developing Person-Centered Plans (PCPs); and setting meaningful recovery goals while facilitating individual and group therapy sessions. You will also document progress in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, coordinate with medical and support staff, provide crisis intervention, connect patients with community resources, and ensure compliance with federal and state OTP regulations.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field
- A minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to wear multiple hats
- A great sense of humor!
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proven ability to implement procedures and navigate regulatory requirements
- Skilled in problem-solving and managing multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
