JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager owns the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness and support sales enablement. This role is both hands-on and strategic, translating commercial strategy and business objectives into content, campaigns, and programs that generate measurable pipeline impact. Operating as a player-coach, this role leads execution while helping define marketing direction and priorities, and directly develops high-quality marketing materials and content to support business growth.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills):
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, communications, or related field required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in product and/or brand management and marketing commercialization.
- At least 2 years of experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders and clearly articulate the organization’s value proposition.
- Advanced proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar).
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with proven ability to design and execute innovative market engagement campaigns.
- Experience working with and managing external vendors, agencies, and consultants to ensure successful project execution.
- Strong project and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment, adapting to changing market conditions, customer feedback, and operational challenges.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to company growth and revenue objectives.
- Own go-to-market messaging, positioning, and campaign themes
- Partner with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with ideal customer profiles, priorities and revenue goals.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and business impact
- Demand Generation & Campaigns:
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, content, events, paid media).
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights and Sales feedback.
- Test and scale programs that improve sales conversion across the funnel.
- Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing and sales touchpoints.
- Oversee creation of sales enablement materials and customer facing collateral.
- Lead content strategy across key channels including website, thought leadership, and customer stories.
- Ensure messaging resonates with target audiences and supports sales engagement & conversion.
- Media, PR & External Presence
- Manage media relations, press opportunities, and speaking engagements.
- Support executive visibility and thought leadership initiatives
- Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to align messaging and amplify company narrative.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- This position is hybrid
- Occasional travel may be required for training or meetings.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones (Central/Eastern/Mountain/Pacific), if necessary.
- Be flexible for after-hours tasks, as needed.
