The Amazon Freight Partner team is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Network Health based in Bellevue, Atlanta, Nashville, or Minneapolis.

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the Amazon Freight Partner (AFP) Network Health team. Network Health is new to AFP, so this role will have a tremendous amount of influence in shaping the team’s overall strategy. This position will work closely with regional operations stakeholders, account managers, internal teams, and customers to manage the end of life cycle for AFP’s.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Monitoring key quality metrics, and defining and implementing initiatives to drive improvements
- Planning, directing, supervising and managing the execution of all business, technical, and administrative functions of the assigned program, project or sub-task
- Identifying and developing strategies to reduce AFP compliance and safety related attrition and promote long term success
- Collaborating with Training and Compliance teams to build a supportive culture of Partner growth and development
