Position Summary
We are seeking a
Reporting Analyst to join our Clinical Technology team. This role plays a
critical part in transforming complex data into
clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze data from multiple sources, and create reports and dashboards that empower leaders and staff to make informed choices. If you enjoy solving problems, uncovering trends, and making data meaningful, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain accurate, user-friendly reports and dashboards.
- Analyze data from multiple systems (EHR, HRIS, financial, operational) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline workflows to increase efficiency.
- Support ad hoc data requests and deliver insights to inform business strategy.
- Maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and metadata to ensure consistency across reporting processes.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
Proficiency in
SQL and
Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting preferred
Experience working with BI tools such as
Power BI or
Tableau.
Strong understanding of data structures, relational databases, and ETL processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Experience working with
healthcare or
HRIS data.
Familiarity with reporting from electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Exposure to process improvement and workflow automation techniques.
