Our Technical Alliances team plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction/operational success of our partnerships with key technology vendors.

You will be responsible for building/executing a robust alliance strategy, managing high-value relationships, and negotiating agreements that enhance our market position.This role combines strategic vision, business acumen, and technical understanding to maximize the value of partnerships in alignment with the company's cybersecurity objectives.
As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for:
- Developing/implementing a comprehensive strategy for building/managing technical alliances that align with the company's business and product goals.
- Identifying/evaluating/prioritizing partnership opportunities and defining/monitoring key success metrics and performance goals for alliances
- Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with technology vendors, ensuring mutual success and alignment on strategic objectives
- Managing the technical integration process between the vendor/partner teams, acting as a trusted advisor to partners, facilitating joint planning, collaboration
- Working closely with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to integrate partner technologies effectively
- Collaborating with sales to ensure they are equipped with knowledge to leverage alliances in customer engagements and developing/delivering enablement materials for internal/external stakeholders
- Designing and executing joint GTM initiatives with partners, including co-marketing campaigns, product launches, and field engagement activities
- Representing the company and alliances at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 12 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Have experience in business development, strategic alliances, or partnership management, ideally in the cybersecurity or technology sector
- Have a proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with technology vendors
- Possess technical experience: solutions architect, sales engineering, technical marketing
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills with experience structuring complex agreements.
- Have an In-depth understanding of cybersecurity technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and APIs
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
