Job Description
This role leads the planning, delivery, and scheduling of employee education and communications that support retirement and financial wellbeing. The position focuses on developing and delivering clear, engaging content—including written materials and presentations—to promote all retirement and financial wellbeing programs and help employees build financial confidence.
This position is well‑suited for a self‑directed individual who takes ownership of their work, independently advances priorities, and move initiatives forward while collaborating effectively with internal partners.
The role will also support the day‑to‑day management of the Employee Savings Plan and Pension Plans through analytical and operational tasks (e.g., data review, reconciliations, and process support) allowing the candidate to grow toward a strong knowledge of Retirement Programs, Total Rewards, and retirement legislation (ERISA).
The role will also facilitate partnerships with payroll and support our Operating Companies by proactively researching and identifying retirement‑related needs and issues.
This role reports directly to the Retirement Senior Consultant and is located in Atlanta. The Retirement Team currently works on a hybrid basis.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Minimum 1 year of experience in one of the following areas: HR, Retirement, or Benefits required
- Create employee communications (emails, intranet content, job aids, and presentations) that are clear, accurate, and actionable to encourage better utilization of our retirement and financial wellbeing programs required
- Support financial wellbeing education programs by coordinating content, scheduling sessions, and helping deliver employee-facing education (live and virtual)
- Perform payroll biweekly processes and reconciliations to ensure the proper administration of the ESP and pension plan
- Provide vendor support for our executive financial planning program
- Perform data analytics for retirement program utilization and identify process efficiencies
- Proactively identify gaps, improvement opportunities, or emerging needs related to retirement communications, education, or operations and independently drive work with internal partners to completion
- Strong MS Excel skills are required
- Must have experience utilizing PowerPoint presentations
