Individuals with disabilities want the opportunity to pursue a career of their choosing but have an unemployment rate that is two times higher than average. At the same time, businesses that value a diverse workforce fall behind when it comes to disability inclusion. Employers want better access to candidates with disabilities. That’s why AbilityLinks, a first-of-its-kind website for persons with disabilities and inclusive employers, was launched in 2001.
AbilityLinks helps persons with disabilities find jobs. It is a well-established and valued part of the disability and business community. AbilityLinks connects a dynamic talent pool of applicants with disabilities to a network of employers that value disability inclusion.
Each employer creates its company page to better help job seekers learn more about their business, work culture, and supportive services. The company's available positions appear on their company page as well. Qualified job seekers can directly apply to their desired positions. Our site allows employers to receive applications and search our resume database for qualified candidates.
Thousands of job seekers have reported finding employment on AbilityLinks.
A skilled talent pool and wide range of businesses
Applicant skills, experience, and background range from entry-level to administrative, technical, professional, and managerial. Member companies represent a wide range of industries, occupation types, and business sizes.
A robust pool of community partners
