An experienced licensed registered nurse, who serves as the clinical leader for multiple outpatient clinic locations or a multiple specialty outpatient clinic. While maintaining a strong clinical presence, this leadership position will drive and execute standers of behaviors and goals while working to achieve seamless standards and service for the clinic locations. This position includes direct patient care, teaching, leadership, guidance of the staff's professional growth, and increased participation in departmental process improvement. This supervising nursing coordinator serves as a role model for all clinical and non-clinical staff in all aspects of professional behavior including clinical issues, communication between teams and locations, education and leadership activities. Minimum Qualifications: - Current outpatient Charge nurse or experienced multi-site leadership required - Ability to multitask and work from/with numerous locations - Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Expert customer service/communication skills; able to interact with customer issues in real time Required Education: BSN Licensure/Certifications: - State of Illinois RN License - BLS within 30 days of hire
